Global Head of ERP (Oracle)

Your Mission:

Take the lead in a cutting-edge global industrial company that specializes in providing innovative solutions for the electrification of public transport and rail infrastructure. As our Global Head of ERP (Oracle), you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation strategy, optimizing ERP and business applications across multiple sites worldwide. You will collaborate with industry leaders to drive our technological and operational evolution, ensuring we stay ahead in the field of transportation electrification and energy efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Oracle ERP Ecosystem: Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of Oracle databases, the Oracle E-Business Suite, and all related business applications, managing seamless integrations with third-party systems.
• Optimize User Support: Deliver top-tier user support, enabling teams to perform at their best with streamlined processes and tools.
• Expand Our Global Footprint: Lead the international rollout of Oracle E-Business Suite to additional countries, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality implementations.

As Program Manager, you’ll partner with senior leaders to:

• Accelerate Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across our business landscape, driving digital innovation.
• Architect the Future: Design a future-ready ERP and Business Application architecture that supports both current operations and future business needs.
• Execute High-Impact Projects: Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize and deliver a portfolio of ERP and business application projects, transforming the way we work.
• Strategic IT Alignment: Work closely with the Group Head of IT to ensure alignment and integration of our ERP strategy with broader IT initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing ERP and business applications in a global, industrial company setting.
• Extensive expertise in IT project management and ERP implementation, with a strong focus on Oracle systems.
• Deep understanding of business processes, ERP systems, and the latest technologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
