On behalf of our client, a world’s leading  company in Automotive, we are looking for sales oriented and analytical thinking candidate to fill the position:


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / PRICING MANAGER
 
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Searching for new business opportunities, market analysis for the European market, 
  • Proposing the rules that go into contracts, profitability and pricing
  • Participation in tenders
  • Managing the sales forecast 
  • Is the go to person for Customer team activities
  • Elaborating pricing and offer strategies for all Customer Teams
  • Contributing with Customer Teams to Revenue and Margin targets as set in Annual Operating Plan
  • Establishing supply chain protocols for each customer to maximize value pricing and effective processes
  • Providing support to the Sales leaders, Customer teams
  • Aligning actions and report with all regions
  • This position is not with people management
 
What you need to have for this role:
  • Master degree in engineering 
  • Fluent English – must have, on daily usage
  • Sales experience, min 5 years in one company
  • Experience in Automotive or Aerospace - MUST HAVE
  • Senior level profile with ability to influence across functions, and build successful and collaborative customer relationships
  • Strong Customer focus with the ability to influence decision makers at senior customer level
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic insight into customer needs
  • Multi cultural experience - advantage
