JAVA BACKEND DEVELOPER

Web based applications Java Backend Developer  is an intermediate role to support current team developing web applications in the area of automotive and marketing. 

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
As the Java Developer you will be responsible to implement and test new functions as well as maintain and enhance current functionality. You will:

• develop the backend of web applications using Java 8 and the frameworks Spring and Hibernate
• develop the unit and integration tests
• analyze and design technical solution
• maintain the development and test environments 

Specific Skill Set:

• demonstrated experience in Java, experience with Hibernate and Spring frameworks would be an asset
• demonstrated experience in programming
• knowledge of OOP and Design patterns is required
• knowledge of relation databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgresql), SQL is a plus

Work Experience Required: at least 1 year of experience is an advantage
Location: Prague, Czech Republic 
Minimum Education Requirements: High school in the field of information technology, or equivalent.
Language: Spoken and written English: ability to draw-up technical specifications; as well as the ability to understand and speak in professional contexts.
