On behalf of our client, Europe’s leading company in providing complex B2B services, we are looking for a result-oriented and ambitious candidate for the position:

PROCUREMENT MANAGER (Indirect)

Your main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Building Strategic Relationships with Stakeholders
  • Developing strategy in the Organisation and its Supply Chain
  • Managing finance in the Organisation and its Supply Chain
  • Improving Data Integrity in Supply Chains
  • Developing Operational Expertise in Procurement
  • Developing Organisational Expertise in Category Management
  • Leading Improvements in Contracting Practice
  • Evaluating and Advising on Risks in Strategic Procurement and Supply
  • Applying Improvement Methodologies for the Supply Chain
  • Developing Metrics for the Supply Chain
  • Championing Culture Change
  • Managing Ambiguity in Procurement and Supply
  • Providing strategic Leadership in Procurement
  • Establishing Strategic, Ethical and Responsible Procurement and Supply
     

You are the right one for our client if you have the following skills and experience:

  • You have previous experience in an indirect procurement management role in a company providing services min. 3 years (in one company) - this is essential
  • Having experience in an international environment – this is essential
  • You are experienced in managing and implementing changes and processes
  • You have experience in a strong target driven operation
  • You have strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • MCIPS qualification would be desirable but not essential
  • You are fluent English speaking and writing - every day communication - essential
  • Driving licence essential – this role involves business travel both in country and also abroad
  • You are located in or near Bratislava
